Our Properties
There is no organization in our region that currently provides the scope of services and emphasis that Sierra Nevada Community Land Trust(SNCLT) will provide. Other organizations are involved in the issue of affordable housing and we will explore partnerships with those who support our mission. What distinguishes SNCLT from others is our commitment and ability to sell market rate homes (quality) at less than market rate prices (discount) and to keep prices affordable in perpetuity. As a community land trust, we will be able to help our client-owners gain reasonable equity, while permanently keeping each home affordable because of our ownership of the land.
