Mission Statement:
Our mission is based on evidence that there is a growing gap between the median household income and the median sales price of a home, making it increasingly difficult for those who serve and work in our community to secure housing in the community. This difficulty is compounded by several factors that result from long commutes, decreased time with family, etc. Our mission is to bridge the gap created by these economic realities through a community land trust that secures property, permanently reduces the cost of housing, finds buyers for homes and manages the properties that we own.
